How to download files from the torrent websites in University/School
Many of us download a huge amount of data from the torrent websites using utorrent or any other torrent downloader. But the problem is that, we can't download torrent files using utorrent due to unavailability of connections to connect peers. The main reason of this problem is the "proxy", which is provided to the students by the institution, without which we can't use Internet on our laptops/mobilephones etc. But don't worry, students always find their way to enjoyment in any case, the same case is with us. I am assuming that you already have downloaded "utorrent"
Following the steps below to reconnect with torrent downloads:

- First of all, open up "utorrent", if you already installed it.
- Then go to "Options" => "Preferrences" => "Connection"
- You will see this page:
- Now. carefully enter the "proxy", "port","username" and "password"(as provided by the institution ) in the respective boxes.
- Click on the "type" to select "HTTP" and check the boxes in the red circle as shown in the picture.
- Wait until peers get connected
- Now, torrent should work on the proxy.
